Returns

If your item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, we at Lots of VNTG offer the possibility to return your order. You can do this within our return period of 14 days.

Please note: Returns are not free.

When we receive your package, the amount will be back in your account within 3-5 working days.

Please note that products on sale cannot be returned.

How do you return your order?

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging in which you received them.
2. Send an email to info@lotsofvntg.nl and we will send you a return label.
3. Print out the return ticket and stick it on the package.
4. Take the package to a drop-off point near you.
5. Within 14 working days of receipt, you will receive the amount back into your account within 1-3 working days.
