If your item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, we at Lotsofvntg offer the option to return your order, unlike other vintage clothing stores. You can do this within our 7-day return period.
After we have received the package, we will check the order and send you a confirmation email. You will then receive a refund in the form of store credit that will be added to your account via email. After that you can easily choose something else. We use a return portal to make returning products easy for you. It is important to state your order number with a # symbol.
Please note that products that are on sale cannot be returned.
How do you return your order?
We assist you every step of the way, so that returning your package is hassle-free.
- Place the items you want to return in the original packaging you received them in.
- Go to (link) and fill in your order details.
- Print out the return ticket and stick it on the package.
- Take the package to a delivery point near you.
- Within 7 working days after receipt by us, you will receive the value of the returned items in the form of a gift card in your mailbox.
Return Requirements
Make sure that you return the item in its original packaging and that the item is not visibly worn, damaged or incomplete. If the item does not meet these requirements, we are forced to refuse the return shipment.
